Individual psychotherapy
We provide both short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy to our patients for a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, etc. We will work with you to figure out what the best kind of psychotherapeutic approach will work for you in your situation.
Psychiatric Evaluation
We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to our patients, including a thorough diagnostic interview at the beginning of treatment to rule in or rule out physical illnesses that may be contributing to a particular mental health condition. We also provide specialized cognitive testing for older patients who think they might be in the initial stages of cognitive decline, including dementia. We also provide cognitive disability evaluations and mental capacity evaluations for guardianship for the state/Federal or forensic entities.
Psychiatric medication management
We provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management services to address a multitude of mental health conditions and diagnoses such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar d/o, psychoses, etc.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy
We provide NeuroStar® Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression. TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-approved treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It can be used alongside medication and psychotherapy, does not require anesthesia, and is generally well tolerated with minimal side effects. TMS is covered by most insurance plans when eligibility criteria are met and offers a medication-free option for patients who have not found relief with traditional treatments.
